El Toritos

El Toritos sports bar and grill in Puerto Vallarta is a good place to get cheap food and drinks. Nothing fancy mind you but their ribs are delicious. They have a special 2 for 1 ribs from 2 to 4 daily. Beer is dirt cheap especially during happy hour 5 to 7pm. If you are a sports fan, the second floor has 20 or so tv's, so you can watch any kind of game. The staff are great and will ask you what you want to watch and get it on for you. Friday and Saturday nights they have a DJ and some live music. I bet on a few races there and lost but they made up for it by giving me a discount off my bill. Really good place with nice staff and guests. I will be going back here on my next trip to PV.
